The projects original concept was developed with Architect Jason Grossi over a 1/2 hour sketching exercise to full fill the program requirements for a bubble tea cafe.  The project then morphed into a design build exercise as to meet the requirements of Windsor Detroit Bridge Authorities new community outreach location who currently is occupying the space.
